Resumo
O presente trabalho irá abordar de forma objetiva os conceitos do marketing pessoal. Irá, também, abordar os elementos dessa vertente do marketing que fundamentam a inserção do indivíduo no mercado de trabalho ou que complementam aquele já inserido, além do realce na importância do marketing pessoal no desenvolvimento profissional do indivíduo. Elementos como “cartão de visitas”, aparência, visualização, divulgação e conteúdo, são alguns dos muitos que contribuem com a evolução profissional do indivíduo nas organizações. A partir dessas informações, é possível determinar os fatores essenciais na elaboração do marketing pessoal e como aprimorá-lo no âmbito empresarial.
