Resumo
O presente artigo estuda o ciclo PDCA como ferramenta auxiliar no controle de produtos não conforme, com o objetivo de reduzir a quantidade de produtos não conformes e aperfeiçoar a produção. Foi realizado um estudo de caso e revisão bibliográfica neste trabalho. Os principais resultados obtidos estão relacionados com o índice de produtos não conformes que estão relacionados aos funcionários e ao planejamento. Espera – se que ao aplicar corretamente o ciclo PDCA juntamente com a NBR ISO 9001: 2008 as não conformidades podem diminuir.
