Resumo
A pesquisa por meio da revisão literária de publicações correntes voltadas ao ensino, busca expor como a gestão da qualidade pode impactar em toda a estrutura organizacional de uma universidade, seja ela pública ou privada, mostrando a ótica brasileira sobre o tema e exemplos de universidades que já implementaram ou planejam desenvolver sistemas de gestão da qualidade, mostrando o quão impactante uma instituição de ensino eficiente pode ser para a sociedade.
