Resumo
O objetivo desta pesquisa é elaborar um manual de apoio aos colaboradores no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ), visando analisar a melhor forma para implementar o mesmo em uma empresa. Os métodos utilizados são revisão literária e aplicação de um estudo de caso a partir do processo de implementação da norma NBR ISO 9001:2008 em uma empresa de projetos para construção civil. Os resultados obtidos revelam que o planejamento é capaz de estabelecer um padrão a ser atingido, contribuindo para a identificação de alguns requisitos de qualidade do produto ou serviço, garantindo o aperfeiçoamento destes. Conclui-se, portanto, que a avaliação global de desempenho do Manual do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade se deu a partir dos indicadores obtidos e foi capaz de facilitar a determinação dos pontos onde melhorias contínuas da eficácia do SGQ podem ser realizadas e devem ser priorizadas.
