Resumo
As empresas que fornecem treinamento adequado aos seus funcionários têm maior credibilidade no mercado. O objetivo geral do trabalho é analisar como a Norma NBR ISO 10015 está sendo executada pelos funcionários de um determinado departamento em uma instituição de ensino superior e como é o cotidiano em relação à gestão de pessoas. O método utilizado para a pesquisa foi uma revisão normativa e um estudo de caso, no qual aplicou-se um questionário. Pode-se concluir que, após a análise desse questionário, apesar da redução de treinamento presencial por conta do corte de custos, foi considerado que existe treinamento online e que a equipe trabalha em cooperação.
