Resumo
A expressão “User Experience” tem sido bastante difundida, porém sua definição ainda é meio nebulosa e pode induzir ao erro quando é implementada, resultando em produtos e/ou serviços finais que não irão agradar o usuário, trazendo um sentimento de frustração e fazendo com o que o mesmo tenha uma má experiência na sua utilização. Nesse artigo, o principal ponto tratado é a exposição dos fatores que mais contribuem para uma má implementação da experiência do usuário. Por meio de um questionário realizado com empresas de desenvolvimento de software das cidades de Araraquara e Matão, foram levantados dados para salientar e nutrir ainda mais esse artigo, analisando as respostas obtidas, fazendo uma análise crítica sobre elas e expondo os resultados como forma de se afirmar a questão levantada e alcançar o objetivo principal proposto nesse artigo: identificar as dificuldades na implementação de experiência do usuário no desenvolvimento de produtos e serviços.
